Each cookie cutter includes three recipes from the special recipe box of Susan Butler, a fellow Featherweight friend from Texas: Sugar Cookies, Buttercream Icing and Royal Icing (for intricate decorating). Black plastic cookie cutter measures 3 1/4" high by 4 3/4" wide. Cookie dough recipe yields about 1 1/2 dozen.

The Featherweight Accurate Seam Square simplifies seam accuracy. Achieve a proper seam allowance fast and easy by lowering the tip of the needle through hole of the desired seam width then use the square to align the edge of the Featherweight Accurate Seam Guide (sold separately). Fasten the seam guide in place and your seam allowance guide is set. Raise machine needle and be ready to sew!
Accurate Seam Square is black and features the gold trim to emulate our vintage black Featherweights. Keep gauge handy whenever you want to set the ideal quarter inch seam allowance. Some quilters prefer a true quarter inch whereas others prefer a scant.

This black mat features a complete schematic of parts of the entire Featherweight with views of the motor, foot controller and tension unit as well. We have sourced these designs from various manuals and rare Featherweight documents in order to compile the most concise Featherweight schematic. A felt drip pad liner is used to collect the excess oil from your Singer Featherweight 221 and 222 Model Sewing Machines. This listing is for the 221 Felt Drip Pad.
If there is oil residue on your finger after depressing it into the old pad, then it is time for a new Felt Drip Pad!
Simply remove the old one after removing the metal tray on the bottom of your machine, peel the paper off the new pad and adhere it in place. (You may need to clean the excess oil and old pad adhesives from the tray before applying the new pad.)
