Fall Beginner Class 2
This class is for you if you have taken the previous 8 week Beginner class and wish to continue to challenge yourself. Here is an opportunity to build upon the correct techniques you've already learned; percise rotatory cutting and an accurate 1/4" seam.
In this class we will be making many different blocks some of which are snowballs, flying geese, stars, half square triangles, square in a square, and pieced borders. There will be many different blocks that are made using these pieces. square we will talk in class how to make it a rectangular shape
Each week you will have in class instruction time as well as homework to complete for the following class. By the time the class is over you will have built a QUEEN size quilt top which is 80" square. There will be options discussed as how to make it a rectangular quilt if so desired.

Fall Beginner Class
Whether you have been quilting a long time or want to dive into the quilting world, this class is for you! Here is an opportunity to learn the correct techniques for reading a pattern, cutting, pressing, piecing, and fabric selection skills. Upon completing this class you will be able to pick up most patterns and feel confident enough to bring them to life.
Each week you will have in class instruction time as well as homework to complete for the following class. By the time the class is over you will have built a QUEEN size quilt top. You will be given all the help you need to get it quilted and bound at your own pace.
This pattern (available only to Beginner Class Students) requires a jelly roll and yardage for the background. Borders & binding will be picked near the end of the course.

Evergreen
The Evergreen pattern is a beginner friendly scrap busting pattern! The instructions are written so that you can choose to make either the background or the trees scrappy! Make it your own with all your favorite scraps! A neat aspect of the scrappy background version is that it gives off a big of an optical illusion with the trees. Are the upside down or right side up? This pattern uses all traditional piecing techniques. It comes in 5 sizes: Small Throw, Large Throw, Twin, Queen, and King
